Admissions Advisor

Summary

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Admissions Advisor (English/Spanish) to join our enrollment team. In this fast-paced, student-focused role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process while helping them take the next step toward a rewarding healthcare career.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, enjoys building relationships, and can effectively communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking students and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls

  • Conduct interviews, campus tours, and enrollment appointments in both English and Spanish

  • Present program information, career opportunities, and student support services

  • Guide students through admissions requirements and the financial aid process

  • Participate in recruitment activities, including open houses, career fairs, and orientations

  • Maintain ongoing follow-up with applicants to support enrollment and student success

  • Meet enrollment goals and maintain accurate forecasting

  • Generate referrals and cultivate new student leads

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

  • Minimum of 2 years of college education and/or an Associate degree required

  • 0–1 year of admissions, sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Passion for helping others achieve their educational and career goals

  • Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment
