Job Title: Admission’s Project and Matriculation Manager
Summary: The Admission’s Project and Matriculation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and enhance CHCP’s admissions program. This includes identifying new opportunities to engage prospective students, expanding outreach initiatives, improving recruitment processes, and increasing overall enrollment through data-driven strategies.
The Admission’s Project and Matriculation Manager will work closely with various internal teams, including admissions, data analytics, and program directors, to create a seamless and compelling experience for prospective students. This role requires an innovative thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while driving sustainable growth.
Job Requirements; Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Accountability:
b) 3 years’ minimum experience in career education/admission’s recruitment
c) Coursework in Adult Learning Theory, Group Facilitation, Instructional Design, Developing Needs Assessments, and Training Delivery preferred
d) Knowledge of Campus Vue, Velocify, and In Contact and other lead tracking/call software
