Overview:
The Return of Title IV Processor is responsible for calculating and processing federal and state refunds for students who withdraw from CHCP. This role ensures timely and accurate Return of Title IV (R2T4) processing in compliance with federal and state guidelines and works closely with Financial Aid and Student Accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process R2T4 and state refund calculations
Verify attendance and student eligibility
Ensure accurate and timely return of federal funds
Collaborate with Financial Aid and Registrar teams
Maintain compliance with regulatory deadlines
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CampusVue a plus
Title IV regulations knowledge required\
R2T4 preferred
