At CHCP (The College of Health Care Professions), we’re dedicated to transforming lives through career-focused education. We’re looking for a Regional Director of Career Services who’s passionate about student success, skilled in leadership, and ready to make an impact across multiple campuses.
As Regional Director of Career Services, you’ll lead and support a team of Career Services professionals across campuses in your region. You’ll ensure that each campus meets placement goals, follows state and accreditation guidelines, and delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for students and graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to campus Career Services teams
Ensure compliance with DOE, TWC, and accrediting bodies across all student placement and reporting processes
Collaborate with the Education and Compliance teams to support audits, surveys, and accreditation visits
Analyze job market trends and placement data to drive strategy and improvements
Oversee employer and graduate surveys and ensure timely, accurate reporting
Build strong relationships with local employers to expand externship and job placement opportunities
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of Career Services staff across campuses
Contribute to the planning and execution of graduation ceremonies and campus events
Assist with preparation of annual enrollment and placement reports
Foster a student-first culture that promotes accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of career services operations, student placement, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and campuses effectively
A solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in career services, higher education, or workforce development
Experience with TWC, DOE, or accrediting agency compliance is a plus
Willingness to travel regularly to campuses within your region
