QUALITY ENHANCEMENT SPECIALIST

Quality Enhancement Specialist

Full-Time | The College of Health Care Professions

Overview

The Quality Enhancement Specialist supports academic quality, online learning standards, and faculty development across CHCP. This role focuses on online course auditing, data analysis, and improving student success in blended and distance education.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit substantive interaction in online courses.

  • Develop training, assessment processes, and remediation for online/blended faculty.

  • Analyze student performance and persistence data; share recommendations with leadership.

  • Prepare reports such as Instructor Insight and Dropout Detective.

  • Support the implementation of CHCP’s distance learning plan.

  • Coordinate professional development and maintain faculty training resources.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements.

  • Assist with IRA visits and other quality initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Experience in educational data management.

  • Experience with systems like Canvas.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient with technology; strong problem-solving skills.
