Pharmacy Technician Instructor
Location: Houston Medical Center, TX
Are you passionate about helping students grow into skilled pharmacy professionals? CHCP is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Instructor to deliver engaging, competency-based instruction and support student success in both classroom and blended learning environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide instruction aligned with course competencies and CHCP curriculum standards
Deliver classroom and online/blended learning experiences
Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback to support success
Maintain accurate records, grades, and attendance, and enforce campus policies
Contribute to campus initiatives and participate in program advisory activities
Qualifications
Current Texas Pharmacy Board registration or national certification (PTCB or NHA)
Minimum 4 years of pharmacy field experience
2+ years hospital/sterile compounding experience; ACPE IV/Sterile Compounding Certification preferred
Graduate of a pharmacy tech program; teaching experience a plus but not required
